But this is exactly the problem: globalization works on the home elite — host elite level but rarely on the home 99% — host 99% level. If home country 99ers are able to better themselves and the communities of host country 99ers, why not? Those are exactly the sorts of connections and networks that allow the entire global 99 to be united. Keeping them separate enables those at the top in all countries to exploit. Or am I missing something?
